Add Job
Add A New Job
Here you can add a new job to your account. Please note that all fields with a * are required.

Job Number - This is the number that you assign to the job. This will help you distinguish between jobs.

Title - This is the title that you assign to the job. This will be the first thing all candidates see when searching jobs.

Job Type - Choose between full-time, part-time, contract and salaried positions.

Category - Select the category that this jobs falls under. Many candidates search by category, so an accurate category will help candidates find your jobs quicker.

Sub-Category - Select a sub-category for this job. This will also help candidates search for positions that most closely match their specifications.

City - Enter the city for your position.

State - Use the drop down to enter the state for your position.

Apply How - Select how you want candidates to apply to your job. Please note that for multiple selections on PC hold down the "Ctrl" key, MAC hold down the "Command" key.


Area
Area The Job Area function will help facilitate searches/search agents for both employers and job seekers in finding a match.

Job Area(s) - Select the area(s) of this job. Please note that for multiple selections on PC hold down the "Ctrl" key, MAC hold down the "Command" key.


Other Info
Start Date Enter the date that you would like the candidate to start working.

Start Period Enter the time frame that you would like the candidate to start working.

Duration If this is a contract position, enter the length of time this position is set for.

Salary You can enter the salary or salary range for this position per time frame. Fill in the first salary box for a single figure and both for a salary range

Travel Please specify the amount of travel required for this position.


Contact Info
Contact Enter the contact person for this position.

URL Enter the web address for this position if you are going to re-direct candidates to an outside web site.

Address Enter the mailing address for candidates to send their resumes when applying to this position.

Fax Enter the fax number for candidates to fax their resumes when applying to this position.


Internal Tracking
Assigned To Use this feature to assign jobs to a specific recruiter/employee in your company for tracking. You will still be able to see all jobs for your company.


Comments
Assigned To Comments are for internal use only. They will not be seen by the job seekers.


Job Body Type your job description into the text box. You can change the font, size and style of the text using the buttons above the text box.
