Pharmacy Director Opportunity!

A full service medical center on Oahu is looking for a director of pharmacy to manage roughly 30 employees in the inpatient, outpatient and retail pharmacies. Compensation:
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and pays between $107,000 and $117,000, DOE. Relocation is also available.
Typical Job Duties:
-Provides quality pharmacy services through:
-Planning, directing and evaluating pharmacy systems
-Promoting cooperation and collaborating with physicians and other care providers
-Evaluation and training of pharmacy staff
-Provides safe patient care through:
-Monitoring and meeting regulatory requirements and best practices, such as JCAHO and DOH
-Tracking, reporting and prevention of adverse drug reactions
-Developing and implementing standardized methods of storing and dispensing medications
-Sets and maintains financial goals
-Participates in strategic planning for the hospital, analyzing factors such as patient mix and departmental needs
-Prepares and edits drug formulary as needed
Minimum Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
-Current pharmacist license in Hawaii
-Good standing with Hawaii Board of Pharmacy
-Masters degree or higher
-At least 5 years pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
-Previous supervisory leadership in a hospital setting
-Problem solving, collaboration and critical thinking skills
-Familiarity with Microsoft office, especially MS Word
-Member of a professional pharmacy organization
Preferred Qualifications:
-Excellent leadership ability with proven experience
-Great interpersonal skills to work with all levels of personnel
-Proven team building experience
-Interest and knowledge of current trends and developments in pharmacology and health care
-Familiarity with Cerner Millennium software
