| BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, WV license & hospital experience preferred. The location is in a quiet small town that is just 2 hours from several large metropolitan cities, community has excellent school system and low crime rate. This Staff Pharmacist position is scheduled to work Monday thru Friday from 3P - 11P. Duties include dispensing, IV admixture preparation, providing drug information to Physicians and counseling patients. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 403B, Retirement Plan, 26-days Personal Time Off (PTO), 1.5 weeks of Sick Time, Tuition Reimbursement, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are covered by hospital.
