Qualifications 
 Doctor of Pharmacy (including at least 2 years of undergraduate pre-pharmacy course work and 4 years of pharmacy school), NC Board of Pharmacy license and Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner licensure, and minimum of 3 years related pharmacy employment experienced required.
