Ridgemont Resources has partnered with one of our most valued clients to assist them in their search for a Director of Pharmacy.  This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a brand new facility currently under construction slated to open in January 2008.  Will open with 75 beds and plan to increase to around 150.  Acute care setting with many women's services.  Salary starts out at $120K,  Pharm D preferred, 5 years of hospital experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.  Be a part of the management team and create your department from the ground up!  This new facility will provide an environment that fosters personal and professional growth, a management team that recognizes hard work and values new ideas, and a community of well-trained, highly-skilled professionals who are passionate about treating illness, healing patients, and caring for families and one another.  Our goal is to have this Director on staff by October 1, so please reply as soon as possible if you are interested in hearing more!
