Benefit-eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Hourly Pharmacists (full time) – are benefit-eligible on the first of the month after working 30 days.
• Hourly Pharmacists (part-time) – are benefit-eligible on the first of the month after working six months.
• Salaried Pharmacy Managers – are benefit-eligible on the first of the month after date of hire.
