| Clinical Staff Pharmacist for 450 bed acute care hospital in Tyler, TX. Hospital experience preferred, but will consider new grad or pharmacists from retail or other environments. Centralized pharmacy with excellent opportunities for clinical involvement in patient care. Top-notch automation is in place and tech support is stable. Rotate through clinical projects such as chart review, drug interaction review, therapy evaluation, etc. Schedule is mostly days with some evenings and weekend rotations every other week. No on-call. Terrific leadership in place and great team-oriented work environment. Salary is dependent upon experience and generous shift diffs are offered for the evening and weekend rotations.
