Responsible for participating in and managing all aspects of an infusion pharmacy in our Lincoln, Nebraska facility. Accountable for the selection, training, and development of personnel. Recommends and manages gross profit and income budgets. Manages inventory, payroll, and expense budgets. Maintain JCAHO accreditation and responsible for controlled substance compliance.
BS or PharmD degree in pharmacy from accredited program, clinical curriculum preferred. Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Nebraska. Experience in infusion pharmacy strongly preferred. Experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred. 1+ years of supervisory or staff management experience.
