Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for participating in and managing all aspects of an infusion pharmacy operation. Also is accountable for the selection, training, and development of personnel; manages the expenses of the operation and protects the assets; maintains the required level of customer service and clinical services 24 hours a day. Responsible for implementing and auditing within the guidelines of Company policies, programs, procedures, budgets, laws and good business ethics; directs and coordinates the activities of the immediate staff.
Qualifications:
BS or PharmD degree in pharmacy from accredited program, clinical curriculum preferred. Licensed to practice pharmacy in California. Three to five years experience in home infusion pharmacy. One to three years experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred. 1+ years of supervisory or staff management experience. |
