SPECTACULAR HOSPITAL OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL PHARMACISTS
Our client seeks a Staff Pharmacist for their facility that stands in Butte County. The hospital has been a recipient of the California Awards for Performing Excellence and is a Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award contender. This client has an outstanding operation with a future outpatient and satellite facility under construction, expanding the amazing accomplishments this hospital has produced in healthcare. This is a tremendous opportunity for any pharmacist.
The hospital is licensed for 122-beds and spans over specialties including but not limited to cardiology, L&D, oncology, pulmonary service, emergency services (101 beds) and diabetic education. The pharmacist’s responsibilities will be a mixture of inpatient distribution and clinical duties. This is a seasoned staff willing to train those pharmacists without hospital experience and new pharmacists who wish to begin a strong career.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and fill doctor’s prescription orders for in patient census.
- Perform clinical duties such as anticoagulation, drug utilization review and rounds
- Maintains established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidate must live within a 35 mile radius of client facility to be able to respond to after hours on call responsibilities
- A minimum of a B.S. in Pharmacy/Pharm. D preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply. Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in California.

- Salary: Extremely competitive, sign on or relocation available as well
- Position Type: Full Time, Rotating shifts
- Facility Hours: M-F 7am – 9pm, 8am – 7pm, night (after hours) shifts include 15% differential and include a 7 on 7 off schedule option.
