CLINICAL PHARMACIST, NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT
In this position, you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating activities and patient care
- Managing use of medications
- Acting as a resource for case managers/social workers for outpatient prescriptions
- Providing consultation services to neonatal physicians
- Providing education programs for pharmacists, physicians, and nurses
- Educating and training medical residents
- Acting as a resource for patients
- Mentoring and training pharmacists working in neonatal
- Participate in pharmacy department and hospital committees and activities
Acting as a liaison between the neonatal inpatient nursing units, physician groups , and ancillary departments ancillary departments
