This position is open ASAP and the schedule is day shift. This has 24-hour accountability for the integration, facilitation, and coordination of the leadership, management, clinical and quality initiatives pertaining to scope of responsibility.  This position represents the service and is a liaison to internal and external customers.  This position serves as a role model, leader, and mentor to members of the healthcare team in accordance with organizational and departmental philosophy and goals.  The Manager is accountable to manage the overall operations of Pharmacy Department to facilitate quality patient care, promote clinical practice and customer service excellence, while striving for optimal efficiency and productivity of all resources.
