Required Qualifications:
- Licensed GA Pharmacist in Good Standing
- InpatientHospital Experience Required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an Accredited School of Pharmacy or Board Certified
- One Year of Post Graduate Residency
