CareerStaff Rx has an immediate opening for an Inpatient Hospital Pharmacistfor a temporary/temp-to-perm/permanent position! This hospital is a first-class institution offering comprehensive services and state-of-the-art technology. Pharmacy is just outside of Jackson, MS. Come join a first rate team!

• Position starts ASAP
• Schedule in Mon - Fri, 8:30-5pm
• Compensation - up to $55/hr!
• After intial period of employment this position may be extended, or if it is a good fit there may be opportunity for permanent position

Description:

• Review medication orders issued by physician or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed, assuring that all orders are filled and labeled (including secondary labels) properly. 
• Review patient drug regime for potential interactions, interferences or incompatibilities and notify physician or staff nurse as appropriate.  
• Making TPN's as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualifications B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• State of Mississippi Pharmacy license
• Hospital experience preferred but not required
