| Brand new opening in Wisconsin. Pharmacist with 5+ years of LTC experience needed to help start up a LTC Pharmacy operation with a stable, established Health Care Facility. There are already 20 assisted living group homes in place as well as a nursing home. Will be adding another nursing home very soon. Duties: manage the monthly duties at the skilled nursing home, chart reviews, nurse instruction, reporting and managing the medication rooms. Live in a Charming Lakeside Community.
