A Top-Notch (Five National Awards) Hospital in the Milwaukee area is in search of  Staff Pharmacist for their two
different shift positions.
1.  There is a 1st and 2nd shift rotation position.
2.  There is a 7 on and 7 off - 3rd shift position.
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the pharmacist is responsible for the daily operations of the Dept. of Pharmacy.  Primary responsibilities:  Prescription evaluation and order entry, application of principles of pharmaceutical care, supervision of intravenous admixture service including total parenteral nutrition and oncolytic chemotherapy, drug distribution, data colleciton of Drug Use Evaluation information, pharmacokinetic interaction and calculation, and evaluation and organization of drug information materials.
This is a full-time position.

Job Requirements:

Position Requirements:  Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.  Licensed by the State Board.  Strong clinical background preferred, with some experience in drug use evaluation.  Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with other colleagues Good oral/written comunicaitons skills.  Knowledge and application of clinical pharmaceutical services desired.  Ability to perform well in high
stress situations.  High concentration level.  Hospital pharmacy experience desirable.
