Large organization is looking for an Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor to be a part of their growing team.
  * Will hire, train, and discipline staff (10 pharmacists, 15 technicians)
  * Will enforce and implement policies, control inventory and purchasing 
  * Will interact with other department heads to maintain excellent employee moral and patient satisfaction

Schedule: M-F 8-4:30...NO evenings, NO weekends, NO on-call (unless of an emergency).

Will also have the opportunity to grow within the organization in upper management position, operations, and other administration opportunity.
