Clinical Staff Pharmacist for the In-Patient Pharmacy
   WORKING HOURS: - 8am - 6pm M-F
- Every other weekend
DUTIES INCLUDE: - Perform clinical functions
- Perform and document theraputic drug interventions
- Dispense medications according to physicians
- Monitor patient drug therapy
- Basic computer skills
- Every other weekend required
- Performs the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as hospital policies. Prepares and dispenses medication; assesses clinical status of patients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics). Provides drug information to the medical team.
- Educates patients. Previous hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree Required BLS required or eligible Oregon Pharmacist license required or eligible Basic computer skills Must have previous hospital experience BENEFITS: - Major Medical
