Responsible for the planning, organizing, controlling and leading of clinical staff to assure the provision of effective and efficient clinical services. Responsible for ensuring daily operations meet established quality standards and requirements of federal, state, JCAHO and other accrediting bodies. Responsible for ensuring fiscally responsible service delivery in accordance with established budget and utilization guidelines.
MIN SKILLS REQUIRED: Three years management or related experience in home infusion services required. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible work experience.
