OVERNIGHT HOSPITAL STAFF PHARMACIST


WORKING HOURS:  
10pm - 8am
7 on 7 off

MAIN DUTIES:     
Responsible for performing clinical review and providing pharmaceutical care to patients and assists with pharmaceutical distributive functions in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Also provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. 

MIN. SKILLS REQUIRED:   
Two years hospital experience or Pharmacy practice residency or equivalent experience.

MIN ED REQ'D:     
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. 

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: 
Must possess and maintain current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License.
