DOP opportunity at this CO hospital (located west of Pueblo). This facility is the cornerstone for health care services in this rural community and fully accredited by the Joint Commission. The Director of Pharmacy has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for provision of Pharmaceutical Care. The Director shall address operational, regulatory, and clinical requirements of the Pharmacy department and carry out the responsibilities in meeting these goals.

Osteopathic Treatment Center for issues including musculoskeletal pain, acute and chronic conditions and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Maintains current License to Practice in the State of Colorado.
Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy. PharmD preferred.
Clinical pharmaceutical experience preferred Must be able to understand pharmacy computers and Pyxis.
