JOB TITLE___Director of Pharmacy
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN DUTIES
Management of all depts., i.e. Operations, Purchasing & inventory, Delivery and dispensing, Central Supply, Develop and maintain policies and procedures and practice standards.Staffing; inventory control and cost containment; client relations; QA and dispensing; coordinate communications between depts.
SCHEDULE__Mon – Fri days + minimal on-call duty___
ON-CALL __1/3 weekends + 1 weeknight/ week
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years management experience; KY license; LTC, DEA &/ JCAHO experience is a plus. Will consider relocation candidates with relocation assistance negotiable.
