POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two years as a hospital Pharmacist with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical capacity. Experience will be evaluated. High School Diploma or equivalent; Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy. Valid current license as a registered Pharmacist in the State of California. Good working knowledge of a unit dose system, and IV admixture program as well as TPN and nutrition issues. Must possess good clinical abilities, which include proficiency in kinetics and medication dosing. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
