Responsibilities:
Medication order entry and dispensing. Compounding of chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition products and monitoring. Monitor all medication orders for accuracy, completeness, and efficacy. Monitoring will be patient specific as well as age specific with our scope of ages ranging from newborns through geriatrics. Must be able to complete the physical, mental and sensory requirements of the position. Candidate needs to be able to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations for the job posted.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accepted school of pharmacy with an approved internship or residency. Working knowledge of unit-dose, IV admixtures, and computer systems. Pharmacokinetic and clinical pharmacy background preferred. Michigan and Wisconsin pharmacy licenses. (obtainable within recent timeframe after hire)

InPatient experience preferred.
