HOURS:
7:00-5:00
2:00-10:00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver pharmaceutical care consistent with the department's clinical role in assuring rational drug therapy; develop, evaluate, recommend and monitor patient pharmaceutical care plan; compound and dispense prescribed medication; receive, review and interpret medication prescriptions; consult and confer with prescriber and caregiver; and document and maintain patient and department records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree in Pharmacy and licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Maine.
Will consider new grads.
