We are currently seeking candidates for a Pharmacy Manager/Director.
As Pharmacy Manager/Director, you will have a full support team available to you, from a Regional VP, Regional Clinical Director, 340B Specialist, Regulatory Specialist, Drug Information Specialist, other CPS Directors and more. We’ll rely on you to oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling and supervising activities in the hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. You’ll recommend innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. You’ll need the ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns in addition to the ability to work cooperatively with other members of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services and hospital and pharmacy staff. While this role is the acting Pharmacy Director, the title within this facility is Pharmacy Manager as they don't use title of Director in any departments.
Our ideal candidate has at least 3 – 5 management years experience in a larger hospital setting. Experience with Joint Commission, Clinical, Purchasing, etc. preferred.
