Hours:
Day/Evening rotation Monday thru Friday
Rotating holidays and weekends

Main Duties:
Drug utilization reviews, order processing, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic monitoring and IV admixture. 
This position includes clinical and staff duties.

• Appropriate license for the state. 
• Pharm D or BS (with hospital background)
