Full-Time Clinical Staff Pharmacist

Description: We’ll rely on you to be a great pharmacy clinician, which will include patient order and product preparation management, maintaining security of pharmacy and controlled substances, managing patient information with accuracy, aiding in the training of new staff, updating the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy, and aiding the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.  Providing nutritional support, pharmacokinetic dosing, IV to PO and pharmacy based renal dosing is also included.  This position is 32 hours per week/64 hours per 2 week pay period rotating days and evening with occasional night coverage and includes working every other weekend.

Required/desired qualifications:

·         PharmD or BS Pharmacy

·         Current FL Pharmacist license

·         Previous hospital experience and residency a plus
