Due to rapid growth in our company we are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to work with our health care management team to provide optimal heath care to all of our members. As our Clinical Pharmacist you will be interfacing with our external PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) system and MTM (Medication Therapy Management) staff and co-workers to ensure only the best customer service for all our health care members. You help accomplish this by providing physician education, research, drug utilization reviews, drug rebates and contract negotiations. You will make formulary decisions, serving as our drug utilization resource for our staff, external members, and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Your job will serve as a very important tool for our company to help reduce overall drug costs by analyzing pharmacy trends, presenting pharmacotherapy topics to physicians, and reviewing member drug profiles to facilitate appropriate medication therapy management.  It will be critical that you stay up to date on new drug therapies. 

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAY HOURS!!!!

Requirements: 
You must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Colorado with your Pharm D Degree. Completion of an ASHP Residency is a plus but not required to apply. Experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management and or Medication Therapy Management is highly desired.
