We currently seeking a Director of Pharmacy to manage all pharmacy operations for our hospital. Some of the duties of our Director will include: ensuring safe, appropriate, cost effective drug therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures and protocols. Developing, enforcing and maintaining a medical staff. Supervising drug storage and preparation areas through out the hospital.Supervising pharmacy personnel. Preparing a pharmacy budget annually as developing and implementing a strategic plan for the pharmacy that supports the missions and goals of our organization.

You must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas with at least 3-5 years hospital experience and at least 1-2 years of management experience. Previous experience as a Director is a plus but is not required to apply.
