Vice President of Clinical Services Needed!
**Sign on Bonus and Relocation Available**
**Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM**

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of managed health care and the HMO industry
• Responsible for all pharmacy staff functions, policies and standards across the company system including peer review and credentialing
• Will develop and implement systems and processes that ensure the highest quality of care, patient safety and standards based pharmacy operations
• Oversees, directs and manages the nursing component of the company by supervising and directing the Director of Nurses
• Oversees and manages all of the Pharmacists in Charge of all locations to ensure all company goals are met and quality pharmacy services are delivered
• Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, JCAHO, NCQA and other regulatory requirements affecting the pharmacy and allied health staff
• Works closely with drug wholesaler, drug manufacturers, and group purchasing organization representatives to ensure best pricing, maximization of profitability and maintenance of the highest quality standards
• Candidates must have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, using the English language. 
• Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy with either a BS or Pharm D
• Current Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Must have clean background and good prior work history
