Clinical/Staff Pharmacist needed for 210-bed community hospital near the beach. Seeking pharmacist with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for clinical/staff responsibilities. Nice distribution of clinical and staffing/dispensing responsibilities. Would prefer candidates with PGY-1 residency, but will consider any candidates with more than 1 year of clinical hospital pharmacy experience.  If you would enjoy working with a team of exceptional pharmacists and techs, collaborating with the ADOP and DOP to develop and implement new programs while supporting existing programs, then this challenging opportunity with a growing hospital system is right for you!

Requirements: PharmD. Prefer candidates with PGY-1 residency, but will consider any candidates with more than 1 year of clinical experience. Delaware license or eligible.

Schedule: 8-hour day/evening rotating shifts & every third weekend
