SXC Health Solutions Corp. is redefining pharmacy benefit management by providing a broad range of pharmacy spend management solutions and information technology capabilities. Our product offerings and solutions combine a wide range of PBM software applications, application service provider (ASP) processing services, and professional services designed for many of the largest organizations in the pharmaceutical supply chain, such as pharmacy benefit managers, managed care organizations, self-insured employer groups, retail pharmacy chains, and state and federal government entities. This job will be located in our new Boston office that is projected to be established soon.

| Responsibilities: |
|
The Quality Assurance Specialist is a position that performs tasks necessary for the design and development of thorough test plans, creation of an efficient test environment and completion of the testing process that leads to the successful implementation of changes to SXC?s products. This candidate also assists in producing white papers detailing the specifications for major product enhancements. The ideal candidate will have the ability to succinctly communicate in a variety of media and can demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Job Functions: Demonstrate effective written and oral project-related communication by producing detailed documentation in the form of a white paper for major product enhancements Meet weekly with product teams to keep updated with new software in development Coordinate the workflow of service requests from inception to acceptance Identify requirements for, develop and prepare a test environment for quality assurance user testing Create and execute complex test plans Exhibit proficiency with executing software programs and utilities necessary to perform the test function Accurately interpret test results Coordinate testing efforts among Client Services staff Design and use a QA Tracking system for tracking various QA statistics and provide related statistical reporting Other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: |
|
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of associates, managers and clients. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Basic math skills. Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and processes. Working knowledge of word processing software applications. Excellent organizational skills. Education and Experience: Bachelor?s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or a thorough demonstrable knowledge of SXC products.
