Pharmacy Director

Pharmacy Director is responsible for directing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the pharmacy’s budget and productivity. 

Previous supervision, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required. Strong human relations and interpersonal skills.

   Certification/Licensure: Current New Mexico Pharmacist License.

Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. Directs all other Pharmacy employees. Relationships with: Pharmacy Staff, students, volunteer staff, Medical Staff, other MMC employees and the community.
