Director Of Pharmacy
Must have Arizona Pharmacist license. At least 2 years hospital based Pharmacist experience required. Minimum of 2 years Director experience.
The Director of Pharmacy provides administrative and managerial leadership for the Pharmacy Department; supervises the pharmacy technicians in unit. participates as a member or designates a member of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, the Infection Control Committee and the Compliance Committee; protects health and safety of staff by proper handling of chemicals and drugs; acts as a resource for the maintenance and upgrade of the pharmacy software system; and performs other related duties as assigned.
