A thriving hospital pharmacy outside of Baltimore is seeking a Pharmacy Manager. This is a challenging and important position in a large hospital in-patient pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager will work closely with Director of Pharmacy to manage all pharmacy operations.

 

Some of your duties will include supervision of pharmacists, techs, nurses and support staff. You will review preparation of prescriptions, medication compounding, and IV admixture solutions. The candidate should have at least two years of in-patient Staff Pharmacist experience.   Supervisory experience, including interviewing and training skills, is also desired.
