Humana RightSource Rx is seeking pharmacist with specialty pharmacy experience to facilitate, operate, and expedite the launch of RightSource Rx Specialty pharmacy. The new specialty pharmacy will be located in Cincinnati OH off of Eden Park Drive. The specialty pharmacy will be opening this summer and offers a ground floor opportunity within a high growth market.
Key Competencies:
Ability to interact with RightSource Specialty Rx patients via the telephone
Ability to multitask within a high energy environment, facilitate positive service, and clinical outcomes for rightsource patients
Ability to interact with Physician's and their office personnel
Role Essentials
Pharmacy licenses for the state of Ohio
Experience working in a Specialty Pharmacy - Oncology, HEP C, RA,
Ability to solve problems and encourage others
Self directed, but also able to work well in a group
Strong communication skills
Role Desirables
Clinical understanding of Specialty Diseases
On-call capability for 24/7 clinical support |
