Required Results

·        Fulfill the pharmaceutical needs of our customers. Supply informational needs of customers pharmaceuticals and other drug products.

·        Comply with all local, state and federal laws governing the practice of pharmacy.

·        Achieve Pharmacy sales, gross and inventory budgets.

·        Achieve professional image through personal appearance, conduct and attitude of pharmacist(s) and the physical condition of the pharmacy.

Major Activities

• Fill prescriptions and counsel customers on pharmaceutical and drug questions.
• Monitor all state, local and federal laws that pertain to pharmacy and assure compliance.
• Establish and update store's competitive price list and pricing microfiche with assistance of Pharmacy Coordinator and Drug/General Merchandise Merchandiser.
• Create Pharmacy image of service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customer, Kroger employees and outside vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Must be Customer Service oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
