Requirements:
Graduate of an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree required. Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy may be considered.
 
Experience:
Five (5) years of clinical pharmacy experience within an oncology or pediatric environment required.  Experience must include three (3) years in a supervisory role. Completion of a Pharmacy residency or Fellowship required 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
