Ralphs Pharmacy is a pioneer in disease state management. We certify our pharmacists in Immunizations, Cholesterol Screenings, and Medication Therapy Management. The Pharmacy Manager is accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice, within the limits of state and federal laws and corporate policies.  He or she will manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by effectively monitoring the pharmacy budget, minimizing or altogether avoiding unauthorized overtime, performing necessary pharmacy staff training and development, providing excellence in customer service, managing prescription pricing and generic utilization, controlling pharmacy inventory, and providing/implementing/participating in corporate approved clinical services.
