Assignment Capsule:
Humana RightSourceRx mail order pharmacy, located in West Chester, Ohio is seeking an experienced inventory control manager for a full time career opportunity. Responsibilities include: managing the ordering, receiving, storage, security, and inventory of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical supplies for the pharmacy; managing pharmacy initiatives of inventory control operations including but not limited to; physical inventory planning, cycle counting, stock accuracy, control processes, and reporting standards; managing pharmacy inventory processes, procedures, and metrics; overseeing SOX compliance within the pharmaceutical ordering and inventory management functions; providing leadership and guidance to associates and more.

Role Essentials

Desired knowledge and experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years leadership experience in a management position required.
  • At least five years of inventory management experience required, preferably in pharmaceuticals.



Candidates for this position must also have the following additional competencies:

  • Strong math, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in software programs to include Access, Excel, Word, and others.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and independently prioritize work.
  • Must be engaging, flexible, and proactive
