Regional Talent Specialist - Health & Wellness
Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals (Pharmacists and Optometrists) for both Walmart and Sam’s Club. Qualified candidates will be responsible for supporting both pharmacy and optometry departments throughout a variety of recruiting activities, such as college recruiting and relations, networking with professional and student organizations, direct recruiting, and training of the local HR and Operations team. The Regional Talent Specialist, Health and Wellness, can be based out of any market store or regional office within Region 11, which includes Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and a portion of upstate NY. This position requires extensive travel within the specific geographical territory in which the position is located.
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
· Must be a registered Pharmacist or Doctor of Optometry, currently in good standing
· Demonstrated presentation skills and the ability to speak to large audiences
· Experience building strategic relationships and influence external customers/clients
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
· Professional work/practice experience in a retail setting
· Experience teaching, mentoring or leading people
· Experience working with professional organizations and/or universities
· Strong computer skills, proficient in using MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
