Hospital Staff Pharmacist

Staff Pharmacist for 300 bed acute care hospital located near beautiful downtown San Antonio. 
Operational and clinical responsibilities to include:

* routine IV to po dosing
* renal dose adjustments;
* writing TPN orders
* assisting with meeting Core Measures
* anticoagulation monitoring
* bar-code checking
* order entry
* performing PI audits
* supervising technician staff
* clinical review of patient profiles
* formulary compliance

This is fulltime position with a schedule of rotating day/evening shifts and rotating weekends.

Competitive hourly pay rate plus shift differentials.

Must have BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree and active license to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas. Hospital experience is preferred.
