Pharmacy Director Duties include:
-Recruitment and Management of 50+ FTEs
-Manage Operations-In/Outpatient Pharmacies
-Implement EMR and CPOE
-Pursue Pharmacy Residency Program
-Fiscal Budget Management
Requirements
BS or PhamD from Accredited University- prefer additional MBA, MS or MHA
Clear and Active WA License-if relocating must be willing to reciprocate
Experience with JCAHO inspections
3-5 years experience in DOP Hospital role
Knowledge of Pharmacy Residence Programs
Annual Budget Management and Management of 40+ FTEs
