Job Description:
- Prepare and label investigational product doses for dispensing according to protocol.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to oversee and ensure proper and accurate dispensing of study medication to participants per protocol.
- Receive and store incoming pharmaceutical services supplies including, but not limited to, all investigational product.
- Count stock, record data and maintain accurate records of medication and equipment dispensed to participants and within the Pharmaceutical Services area.
- Clean equipment and sterilize glassware according to prescribed methods.
- Assist with project development, study procedures and data collection, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed pharmacist in the State of Washington
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) degree required.
- Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in a hospital environment, and experience with compounding sterile products. Clinical research experience a plus.
