Pharmacist – Sharp Home Infusion Services

Currently SHIS consists of a Pharmacy department (Home Infusion) and a Home Health Nursing Center with approximately 30 employees. We are a provider of medications, supplies, medical equipment and nursing visits to patients in their home. 

The Pharmacist provides the professional, clinical and technical knowledge, and skills and expertise required for the provision of comprehensive pharmaceutical care in the Home Infusion care setting

Hours:  Per diem days, 8 hour day shift, on call weekends.

Qualifications:

• Current California Pharmacist licensure required without restriction or probation.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Pharm D. preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in either in hospital pharmacy with an emphasis in parenteral therapies or home infusion therapy.
