Under the supervision of the Director, Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator, the staff pharmacist is responsible for the safe , accurate, and rational distribution and utilization of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages. This shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal laws, JCAHO Standards, and hospital/departmental policies and procedures. Therapeutic intervention, IV checking and computer order entry. 
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an AACP accredited school of pharmacy. PharmD preferred. Requirements: One year of hospital pharmacy experience in unit dose and IV admixture . Current Florida license as a registered pharmacist. Good communication skills and ability to relate effectively to hospital staff, department heads, administration and medical staff.
