Pharmacy Manager

The company was founded in 1972 and has grown to 10 locations throughout Arkansas.  There are 4 locations in Arkadelphia, as well as locations conveniently located in Hope, Jonesboro, Magnoia, Prescott, Rogers and Texarkana.  The pharmacies offer both Retail and Nursing Home Pharmacy Services, including disease state management programs, ADA certified Diabetic Education programs, medication reviews, hormone replacement therapy and compliant packaging.

Customer service, convenience and accuracy are priorities for all pharmacies.  For this reason, many of our locations feature drive through windows and delivery services.  The pharmacies use the exclusive ExactMed software to process and fill prescriptions.  This software uses bar-code scanning technology to ensure accuracy during the filling process. 

Job Description

Perform typical duties of a licensed manager.  Supervise all technical staff, ensure safety of all merchandise, consult with patients, ensure adherence to all laws and regulations governing the sale of pharmaceuticals.

Requirements

BS or Pharm D
Arkansas license in good standing
Must have some management experience--retail, hospital, long term care

Compensation

Base salary will be determined by experience and overall qualifications, but will be highly competitive.
