Infectious Disease Clinical Pharmacist:
Beautiful area at Penobscot Bay is in need of a true professional with expertise in Infectious Disease.
Monitor and intervene on antibiotic therapy in individual patients via Anti-Infective Stewardship Program or in collaboration with the infectious disease physicians
· Design and implement hospital and departmental quality improvement measures that involve anti-infective use
Mentor students/ interns
Participate in Regional and National meetings when possible
Mon- Friday
