San Ramon Regional Medical Center is a 123-bed acute care hospital that takes a multi-disciplinary, team approach to healthcare. And we don't use the word "team" lightly. Our pharmacists play an integral role in the delivery of care. You'll be on the leading edge of your profession, learning and using some of the latest advances and therapies.
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator, performs professional pharmaceutical care by dispensing prescribed medications, and other clinical pharmacy services as needed for quality patient care according to professional standards and practices. Advises and consults with patients and families, medical, and nursing staff. Qualifications Minimum Education:
Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school of Pharmacy recognized by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
Minimum Experience/Skills:
Two years experience in a Hospital Pharmacy
Substantial hands-on Pharmacy staff educational experience in the acute care setting.
Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
Current registration by the California State Board of Pharmacy. |
